Terms of use
Last updated 6 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the B66 Properties app and website (the "service") provided by B66 Properties ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to them.
Your account
- We create accounts for our tenants, property owners and staff. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password and any sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend an account to protect you, other users or the service, for example after suspicious activity.
Using the service
- Use the service only for your tenancy or your work with us, and only in ways the law allows.
- Do not try to see other people's information, get around security, or upload false documents or harmful files.
- Make sure the details you give us, such as your phone number and email, are correct and up to date.
Your tenancy and payments
- Your lease agreement sets out your tenancy. The service is a convenient way to see your account, pay and ask for help; if anything in it differs from your signed lease, the lease applies.
- Statements and balances reflect our records when you view them. A payment counts once we have received it, whichever way you pay. Tell us quickly if you think something is wrong.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider under its own terms. When you pay for a service by card, the amount may be held until you confirm the job is done.
Repairs and emergencies
Report repairs in the app so they are tracked. For emergencies that put people or property at risk, such as a burst pipe, a gas smell or an electrical fault, phone us straight away as well.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when your internet connection drops. We may change or improve the service from time to time.
Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control or by the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Botswana law that cannot be excluded.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana.
